Strategy

The thinking before the doing. Audit, positioning, roadmap, and the trade-offs nobody else will name.

What we mean by
Strategy

Strategy is the part of the work where you decide what not to do. Without that decision, every digital initiative becomes a half-finished project competing with the next half-finished project for attention.

We run a strategic engagement as a focused two-to-four week exercise: audit what you have, interview the people running it, look at the numbers, and come back with a written document that says here is the situation, here are the realistic options, here is what we recommend and why.

The deliverable is short, opinionated, and meant to be argued with. If you read it and agree with everything, we did it wrong. The point is to give you something concrete to push against and improve.

What's typically included
  • Business audit
  • Stakeholder interviews
  • Competitive analysis
  • Positioning brief
  • 12-month roadmap
  • Budget allocation
  • Risk register
  • Quarterly check-ins
